Professional, courteous, skilled technician
Adding a new review January 24, 2026: Jorge Arteaga came to troubleshoot an issue we were having with our HVAC-air filter system, and not only fixed it, but also identified another problem that had been causing issues for us too (jammed air duct fan). He was very pleasant, with a very can-do attitude, and all this when a major winter storm was bearing down on us!
_____ [from June 2025] Hayes Hall did a thorough job with our semiannual maintenance of the aging HVAC, air purifier and dehumidifier, was great at explaining and answering questions, and very good with our little curious friendly dog. A professional, courteous, skilled technician.

Jorge was terrific. He was so patient and explained many things to us. We’ve been in our new house about three weeks, and the HVAC went out and it was very hot, and he walked us through our system.
Hayes Hall was a wonderful technician. He let me know when he was arriving, provided detailed pictures of the problem, answered my questions, and fixed the problem. Very professional, cordial, and respectful.

Great job, Fred and Omar, in installing a new air handler in the attic this morning. With the small access panel, they worked without a complaint, dismantling the old unit and assembling the new air handler piece by piece in the attic.

Brooke arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work performing the maintenance on our tankless water heater. Brooke was pleasant and professional during our whole service appointment. We really appreciate the phone call to let us know that she is on her way with an ETA. When done, Brooke went through the house and confirmed that we had hot water at all of our hot water outlets and made sure that we didn’t have any leaks. Well done!

Follow up: 2 weeks later a pump broke on my 16-year-old system. They were able to come out the next day (HVAC was still working, just not pumping condensation outside) and quickly replaced the broken pump. Mustapha did a great job and cleaned up the mess the pump made as well.

I highly recommend Service Experts. I had them install a high-efficiency HVAC system connected to solar panels and they did an outstanding job. Our energy bills have gone way down after the install. Also, they have been great about reminding us of the routine maintenance checks we need to do to satisfy the warranty on the equipment. These guys bend over backwards to please their customers.
Pat and Will did an excellent job quickly finding the root cause of our issue and correcting it.

She also worked with me to figure out a cost-effective way to replace my toilet tank instead of replacing the whole thing. I’m excited to be able to use the powder room toilet again! We had two technicians from Service Experts out today, over the weekend. Hayes quickly diagnosed our issue with the HVAC system and recommended a path forward. Brooke was also out to replace a valve to stop a leak and set us up for the repair in the coming days. Greatly appreciated the expertise of both techs!
