We Are Happy With the Service
I received a call from Comfort Tech, as I do every couple of months or so, to have my HVAC unit checked. Christian Johnson came out within 40 minutes! He did a very thorough job checking our system and offering recommendations. He even took photos and videos of our attic unit so we could get a clear understanding of what he was talking about. Comfortech was amazing. I had a sudden leak behind my shower, and when everyone else said they couldn't see me until the next week, Comfortech said they could handle it that night. Zach Blackwell was the tech, and he was absolutely amazing! He called and said he had finished his other jobs early and said he could come right over. He explained everything he was doing and told me ways to prevent this from happening again in the future. 10/10 for customer service!
