Recently we had BW Cook install a new tankless water heater. Zack Berry was the lead plumber doing the install. The overall job was outstanding. He was very thorough in explaining what steps he would take through the installation. The clean-up after was flawless! Denzel came out today to do the annual maintenance on my furnace today. It was a really crappy day to be driving on the roads and he was on time with the time he gave me, very nice and polite the whole time. He took the time to go through the health report and make sure I understood everything.

Garage furnace lasted 10 years longer
Garage furnace lasted 10 years longer than expected. Technicians came out and diagnosed immediate problem, which uncovered replacing unit. Unit was ordered and replaced next day. Incredibly cold working conditions. Please give both technicians a bonus.
